Auto shop | North Reading, MA
BAE Customs
BAE Customs does tint, paint protection, wraps, interiors, audio, and performance work in North Reading, MA.
I built the booking portal and staff CRM the shop runs on, set up from the owner's own price sheet.
A RedLine Labs client. The booking site and admin portal run on RedLine Labs, my agency. See RedLine Labs
What I built
- A booking portal: pick a service, configure it, add your vehicle, and book a time
- Deposits by card; a booking only counts once Stripe confirms the payment
- Quotes, saved quotes, self-rescheduling, and invoices
- A staff CRM with the calendar, bookings, customers, inbox, invoices, marketing, and automations
- Text and email updates, synced with Google Calendar
- Memberships, a form builder, and ad tracking
