Terms of Service

Calls

The discovery call is free, takes 15 minutes, and happens on Google Meet. Booking one doesn't commit you to anything.

If you can't make it, reply to the calendar invite or email me and we'll pick another time.

Prices and projects

Prices on this site are starting prices. They can change, and the Shopify offer can end at any time.

Before any work starts, we agree in writing on the scope, the price, the monthly fee, and the timeline. That agreement is what applies to your project, and where it differs from this page, the agreement wins.

Split pay: half of the upfront price as a deposit, the other half just before the site goes live.

Two-week money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied within two weeks, you get a full refund. Your agreement says when the two weeks start.

Product photography, ad spend, domain purchases, and Shopify's own plan and paid apps are not included in any package.

Work shown here

The projects on this site are shown with my clients' permission. Their names, logos, and photos belong to them.

Everything else on the site, including the copy and design, is mine. Don't copy it as your own.

Links to other sites

Links to client sites, Instagram, and other services go to sites I don't control. Their own terms apply there.

No guarantees about the site

I keep this site accurate and working, but it's provided as is. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses that come from using it.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
